We aim to ship your item within 24 hours on a working day. Please note these can change during sale periods.

Deliveries within New Zealand are sent on a signature required courier service with New Zealand Post. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery. 

Additional Information: A signature is required for security purposes. Thus it is advised this is taken into account when choosing your delivery address. PO Box delivery is only available for NZ customers. It is vital that you complete your details fully. This will ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.

The shipping charge is not inclusive of any possible taxes and duties that the country of original purchase may apply. The customer must take full responsibility for any of these customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.

PO Box delivery only is not available for international customers.

If buying for a gift overseas please note that to comply with New Zealand export regulations, the exact value of all items ordered is required to be declared and marked as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from placing any markings of 'gift' anywhere on the packages, even if the order is intended as a gift.
